Perform at your best when the pressure is on.

Knowing what to do is one thing. Being able to access what you know when it matters most is another.

Performing Under Pressure helps you understand what pressure does to your performance and gives you practical, evidence-based tools to help you perform when the stakes are high.

Across two short sections, you’ll learn why people can perform well in practice but struggle when it really counts, and how to train for those moments.

The module includes around 50 minutes of bite-sized video content, eight practical exercises and a personalised approach built around one real pressure moment from your own experience. Complete it at your own pace, in 10 to 20 minute pieces, with around 1.5 hours suggested in total for the content, activities and quiz.

You’ll also have access to the XVenture Trained Coach, a speaking AI coach available 24/7 to help you talk through and embed what you’re learning.
