Welcome!

Leadership: From Analysis to Implementation covers nine decades of leadership thinking and application in around two hours. It won't give you all the answers, its aim is to give you a framework sophisticated enough to ask better questions about your own leadership, and to help your team define its own approach.

The program is fully evidence-based and delivered in nine sections that build on one another, from the theoretical foundations of leadership through to strategic implementation: leadership analysis (theories, frameworks and evolution); traits, styles and behavioural models; power, influence and political leadership; emotional intelligence and psychological safety; adaptive and authentic leadership; team dynamics, followership and culture; women, diversity and inclusive leadership; leading organisational change; and making leadership stick.

Each section pairs research evidence with a real-world case study chosen to challenge comfortable assumptions, plus a reflection point. Built on human-centred learning principles, it uses short, bite-sized segments and practical exercises rather than lectures, the value you take out is proportional to your honesty about your own leadership.
