You explore key communication theories, body language, non-verbal cues, active listening and observation. You learn to communicate with different personality types, understand roles and expectations in stakeholder management and work with difficult people, conflict, feedback, unconscious bias and cognitive dissonance.
The later sections cover storytelling, presentation technique and public speaking, NLP techniques for more persuasive interactions, social media communication best practice and real world case studies that show the principles applied. Lectures are paired with interactive challenges throughout the virtual world.
