Positive psychology is quoted constantly and applied rarely. This module goes back to the source research, Seligman's PERMA model, the VIA character strengths, flow and growth mindset, and turns it into thirteen exercises you run on your own work rather than read about.

It is fast tracked and self-paced. Eleven sections of 10 to 20 minutes, 3 hours in total, so you never need a clear afternoon to make progress.

You identify your signature strengths through a structured self interview and put them to deliberate use at work. You catch fixed mindset thinking as it happens and reframe it. You set and sustain meaningful goals using SMART, the Wheel of Life and a daily performance improvement habit, broken into 30, 60 and 90 day milestones.

The closing sections cover the conditions that produce flow and what positive leadership looks like in practice, including the 5:1 ratio, Active Constructive Responding and a leadership behaviour audit. The tools work in any setting, from the sports field to the clinic, the classroom or the workplace.

Eleven sections to help pace and space your learning. Includes pre/post survey measure to track changes, evidence-based content delivered in 10-20 minute pieces, activities to develop, embed and apply learning, trained speaking AI coach support, quiz which provides a Certificate of Completion as evidence to claim CPD.
